Job Description

QA support and post production support for various Store Applications.

Design and codes new programs and modifies existing programs for Store Systems Area.

Performs systems testing: debugs, reviews and validates output.

Provides support to store associates when questions arise with the computer systems running at the stores.

Provides after hour support to Helpdesk associates and installers

Develops test plans for software enhancements and vender releases for new software.

Prepares user, operations and program documentation based upon established company policy.

Works with quality assurance department during their software testing to answer any questions and document

any problem encountered, works with users to ensure needs are meet.

Candidates must possess the following skills:

Proficient computer skills, including the MS Office programs, Excel

Ability to apply these skills to essential duties and responsibilities is required

2. Job Title: Sr Programmer Analyst

Duties:

Under general direction, oversees various projects of a complex nature and significant impact to business operations.

Through consulltation with business management and user groups will advise, analyze, define, recommend and implement

software design solutions. Utilizing teachnical expertise, will assits team wit htraining and custumer support as project(s) requires.

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Systems Development Methods-designing and developing applications; appling procedures, tool and methods; integrating systems.

Ptogramming as applicable (RPG 400, CL,C++,C, Java)
